Since 2012, Big Apple Sports Officials has delivered professional officiating services throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Our officials are trained at the high school and collegiate levels across multiple sports, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence, integrity, and professionalism at every level of competition. In addition, our experienced training staff provides comprehensive development programs for individuals pursuing certification as sports officials. Big Apple Sports Officials is dedicated to upholding the highest standards both on and off the field.
Joe Goldstein, an official with more than 35 years of experience, has served as President since 2008. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved sustained growth and expanded its presence, currently supporting more than 20 leagues and athletic organizations across a variety of sports. His unwavering commitment to the integrity of competition, along with his leadership in mentoring and developing the next generation of officials, has earned him the respect of coaches, league administrators, and fellow officials alike.
